Guidelines to Parents

Please read the following understand it and help us to implement it for the appropriate growth and development of your child.

  • There is a first time for everything for your child. Most often the little children leave their home, parents and environment for the first time. It is natural for them to be uncomfortable initially in the company of new people.
  • They will slowly get adjusted to the school routine and will later love coming to school, where some children can adopt her quickly to the environment around, while some others take time to come out of their cocoon.
  • Children need to be given their space and time. During this period parents need to be patient and give sufficient time to the child.
  • Initial teething problems will happen. They feel insecure in the new environment; may refuse to eat their Tiffin, not be able to follow toilet hygiene etc. We, in the school are there to take care of each and every need of the child. This is the time when the child needs to be given space to grow and feel comfortable, in his/her speed and style. The child will eventually feel comfortable in the school environment.
  • We suggest on the first day parents leave their ward at the doorstep of the classroom. Next day parents should try to drop their child near the main gate only.
  • Please label your child’s belongings (Bag, Baskets, Tiffin box, water bottle, books etc.,) especially in the initial days of a new academic year. It helps to identify their things easily and can be handed over to them when misplaced/forgotten.
  • Please keep extra pair of dress (any colour) in the child’s Bag so that the uniform can be changed if the child spoils it.
  • All the books and stationary (labelled properly) should be sent to the school on the re-opening day. The class teacher will keep them in their classes.
